Plain English, no surprises. This is how The PassPath handles your data while we're pre-launch.

Last updated 28 July 2026. The PassPath is a business in formation operated by Abdul Wadud, becoming The PassPath Ltd on incorporation. This notice will be updated at incorporation to add the company registration number and registered office.

1. Who we are

The PassPath — a business in formation operated by Abdul Wadud. If you have any question about your data, email wadud1978@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you give us, plus privacy-friendly visit counts:

• Founding-member reservation: your name, email, and which tier interests you.
• Free Mock Exam Reset Kit: your email (name optional) so we can send you the kit.
• Student Learning Audit: your answers, and your email only if you choose to submit it for your report.
• Visit analytics: we use GoatCounter, which counts page visits without cookies and without collecting personal data or tracking you across other sites.

3. Why we use it

To hold your reservation and rate, send you launch updates, deliver the free kit, and generate your audit report. We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form.

4. Who helps us process it

We keep this short. Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. GoatCounter provides cookieless visit analytics. That's it — we do not sell your data, and we do not run ads.

5. How long we keep it

Until launch plus a reasonable period so we can contact you about the service you asked for. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email wadud1978@gmail.com and we'll action it.

7. Children

The PassPath is bought by parents and other adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from under-16s. If you believe a child has sent us their data, email us and we will remove it.

8. Cookies

We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, so there's no cookie banner to click through.

9. Changes to this notice

We'll update this page as the service grows, and we'll add our company registration number and registered office once The PassPath Ltd is incorporated, and register with the ICO (the UK data-protection regulator) if and when required.
